Christmas Teddy Bear Tea December 3rd

On Saturday, the South Waterloo Church of the Brethren hosted a 'Teddy Bear Tea' and collected stuffed animals, gift cards and free-will donations for the Allen Child Protection Center. In all, over 60 toys and gift cards and over $100 was raised for the center. The toys will provide much comfort to the children who visit the center. We thank the ladies of SWCOB for their support!

INVITE YOUR FRIENDS TO CHURCH!
Who do you know that is without a church home?  Has someone new moved into your neighborhood?
Talk to them about South Waterloo and invite them to attend a worship service.

Contact Lynne if you have ideas for the site, or have information/photos you'd like her to post.

SWCOB has MANY opportunities to help you grow your faith, create strong, lasting relationships, witness to and serve others in our community.

While Brethren are known especially for living out our faith in daily actions, we also give voice to our convictions. We speak out for peace and justice, we express our views to elected leaders, and we witness to our faith within our neighborhoods and communities, inviting people to abundant life in Jesus.
